Stand Up Paddle Boarding at the Castle

Stand Up Paddle Boarding & Kayaking

At Dromoland Castle

You won’t catch a wave on the peaceful waters of Dromoland Lough, but there’s still plenty of “stoke” to be found as you learn to navigate the lake on a broad stand-up paddle board. With the help of a friendly and enthusiastic instructor (and a nice warm wetsuit!), this novel sport is a fun way to get some exercise in the fresh air, while seeing the Castle from a whole new angle.

Enjoy a two hour Stand Up Paddle Boarding or Kayaking experience on the 10 acre, 150 feet deep, Dromoland Lough.
