Located in the heart of the Castle, EOT (as it has become affectionately coined) is a love letter to local artisan producers, farmers and growers. Our producers are as passionate about food as we are. Our Menus are inspired by the rugged Burren landscape and the craggy shores of the Wild Atlantic Way on our very doorstep.
Executive Head Chef David McCann & his dedicated team champion local and sustainable producers creating a menu enjoyed by all tastebuds offering an immersive taste of County Clare and beyond with options for A La Carté dining as well as an acclaimed Tasting Menu accompanied by our Sommeliers’ top selections of fine wines.
